Terms and Conditions for Speedbazar.in
1. Introduction Welcome to Speedbazar.in (“Website”). These terms and
conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our platform, operated by
Speedbazar E-Commerce LLP, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering and using the Website, you (“Vendor”, “Grocery Store”) agree to
comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not
access or use our services.
2. Vendor Registration and
Eligibility 2.1 To partner with Speedbazar.in,
the Vendor must:
- Be a registered grocery store
operating in India.
- Provide valid business
documentation (GST certificate, trade license, etc.).
- Ensure all details provided
during registration are accurate and up to date.
2.2 We reserve the right to approve
or reject any Vendor registration at our sole discretion.
3. Vendor Obligations 3.1 The Vendor agrees to:
- List only genuine, safe, and
legally permissible grocery items.
- Maintain updated and accurate
product descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the Website.
- Fulfill customer orders
promptly and as per the agreed timeline.
- Comply with all applicable
laws, including food safety and consumer protection regulations.
3.2 The Vendor shall not:
- List prohibited or restricted
items as per local, state, or national laws.
- Engage in fraudulent activities
or misrepresentation.
- Use Speedbazar.in for any
unlawful purposes.
4. Payments and Commission 4.1 Speedbazar.in will deduct a mutually agreed commission
on each transaction processed through the Website. Details will be outlined in
the Vendor Agreement.
4.2 Payments to Vendors will be
disbursed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, as agreed upon.
4.3 Any disputes regarding payments
must be raised within 7 days of the payout.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Customer
Complaints 5.1 The Vendor agrees to accept
returns and process refunds in accordance with Speedbazar’s return and refund
policy.
5.2 The Vendor is responsible for
addressing customer complaints promptly and ensuring resolution to maintain
customer satisfaction.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1 The Vendor grants Speedbazar.in the right to use their
business name, logo, and product images for promotional purposes on the Website
and related marketing channels.
6.2 The Vendor agrees not to
infringe upon Speedbazar’s intellectual property, including trademarks, logos,
and proprietary technology.
7. Liability and Indemnity 7.1 Speedbazar.in acts as a facilitator and is not
responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products listed by
Vendors.
7.2 The Vendor agrees to indemnify
and hold Speedbazar.in harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising
from the Vendor’s breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Termination 8.1 Speedbazar.in reserves the right to suspend or
terminate a Vendor’s account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent
activities, or poor customer service.
8.2 The Vendor may terminate their
association with Speedbazar.in by providing a 30-day written notice.
9. Confidentiality The Vendor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all
customer data, payment information, and other sensitive information accessed
through Speedbazar.in.
10. Governing Law and Dispute
Resolution 10.1 These Terms shall be governed
by the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved
through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996. The venue for arbitration shall be Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.
11. Amendments Speedbazar.in reserves the right to update or modify these
Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or
a notification on the Website.
By registering as a Vendor on
Speedbazar.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these Terms and Conditions.
